2-Player Golf Scramble to provide support to local Emergency First Responder organizations (Valor Station and Support One). $500 cash prize to the winning team.

Background:

Support 1 is a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Organization with a specific focus; supporting our Emergency First Responders involved in critical incidents. Emergency First Responders consist of our Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, and Emergency Medical Service employees. This program is designed to assist these individuals with organized training and additional funding for departmental needs before, during, and after critical incidents. Since many departmental budgets are not prepared to provide funding for these services, Support 1 will obtain funding through donations and fundraising events to assist these departments.

Welcome to VALOR STATION-AUGUSTA, where healing begins for First Responders battling PTSD and trauma-related problems. We understand the unique challenges and emotional toll that come with the brave work you do every day. Our dedicated team of mental health professionals and staff are here to provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where you can begin your journey to recovery. With personalized care, specialized therapies, and a commitment to your well-being, we empower you to regain control, rebuild your life, and find lasting peace. You are not alone; together, we can overcome the impacts of trauma and help you move forward with strength and resilience.

CALL TO ACTION

First Responders dutifully serve our communities. They are the first to arrive and provide assistance at the scene of an emergency. First Responders are responsible for the protection and preservation of life, property, evidence, and the environment and utilize their specialized skills to provide immediate support services during prevention, response, and recovery operations. Due to the nature of this work, First Responders may develop behavioral health issues stemming from exposure to traumatic incidents. Our staff has extensive experience in trauma-related treatments for First Responders; and much of our staff are current or retired First Responders themselves. We’ve been there; we know the way out.

Sign-up now! Field is limited to the first 32 players. Red team vs Blue team in 6 holes scramble, 6 holes alternate shot, and 6 holes best ball.
